On 3 August 1846, The Å·ÃÀÊÓÆµ School opened its doors at Ingle Hall, Macquarie Street under Headmaster Reverend J R Buckland.

On Wednesday 23 June the Å·ÃÀÊÓÆµ Music Department presented an outstanding Music Showcase in the Federation Concert Hall, bringing together our School community to celebrate music at Å·ÃÀÊÓÆµ.
On Monday 21 June students from Years 7–12 and staff took part in the very first Speak Up Stay ChatTY ‘Shorts Day’.
Our Junior School Music Showcase held on Thursday 3 June featured a wide range of ensembles that are on offer in the Å·ÃÀÊÓÆµ Junior Music program.
Thank you to the 90 parents and carers who attended the Headmaster’s Seminar on Consent on Tuesday 11 May 2021. This is an urgent social issue that requires our whole community to act and your interest, attendance and support is greatly appreciated.
Congratulations to the following students who were inducted as Year 12 Prefects at yesterday’s Headmaster’s Assembly.
On Thursday 20 May, our Grounds Co-ordinator, Mr Hugh Miller and some Kindergarten and Pre-Kindergarten boys planted a tree on the bank of the Barrie Irons Oval as part of our 175 anniversary celebrations.
